Quentin KellyQuentin T. Kelly, CEO and Chairman.

Mr. Kelly is the Founder and is Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Solar Technologies, Inc. of Pennington, New Jersey. He was Founder of the original WorldWater, Inc. in 1984 (later WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp.) as a consulting and R&D firm developing solar-powered water pumps and served as Chairman and CEO from its inception until 2008. In 2009, Mr. Kelly started the new company, “WorldWater & Solar Technologies, Inc.” and is owner of proprietary and patented solar and water pumping technology. This technology is utilized in the Mobile MaxPure line of products.

The new company is currently headquartered in Pennington, NJ. Earlier, Mr. Kelly was Director of Information Services and Assistant to the President of Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Broadcasting, Learning and Leisure), President of Kelly-Jordan Enterprises, Inc., a leisure products company, and President of Pressurized Products, Inc., manufacturers and international marketers of specialized water systems and products. Mr. Kelly is an alumnus of Kenyon College and holds three U.S. patents relating to solar power and water systems.

In 1998, Mr. Kelly was inducted into the New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame for his achievements as Small Business Inventor of the Year.


spacer Mickey Ingles

Davinder Sethi, PhD, COO/CFO and financial advisor for WorldWater, a US based solar technology and solutions provider. Dr. Sethi served as Director and Senior Advisor to Barclays de Zoete Wedd, spent 7 years at Bell Laboratories in operations research and communications network planning, and seven years in corporate finance at AT&T. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Operations Research, Economics and Statistics from UC Berkeley.


Mickey InglesMichael (Mickey) B. Ingles, Vice President of Operations for WorldWater and Solar Technologies Inc., provides oversight for the research and development and manufacturing programs within the Company. He has been with the WorldWater team since 1996, implementing solar water pumping projects throughout Eastern Africa, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States. Michael’s more than 20 years experience in international development and humanitarian aid, with a specific focus on using renewable energy technologies to solve water and power distribution issues in the developing world, provided valuable insights in developing the Mobile Max product line. Prior to working at WorldWater, Mr. Ingles served as a natural resource management consultant with the U.S. Peace Corp. in Thailand and worked as a wildland firefighter with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service along the U.S./Mexico border. Mr. Ingles graduated with a BS in Geology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1989) and holds a Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware (2004).


Melissa BurnsMelissa G. Burns, Vice President of Marketing and Project Management for WorldWater and Solar Technologies Inc., provides guidance and leadership on client outreach, market research, project scoping and project management. She has also served as International Business Coordinator with the WorldWater team, working with governments, businesses, NGOs and philanthropists both domestically and abroad to implement solar water pumping projects throughout the developing world. Prior to joining WorldWater, Ms. Burns was a Project Manager for a field-based research and consulting company based in New York, Legislative Analyst for New York State government and provided consulting, program development and project management services to UNICEF, DAIDS, DMID, and public health organizations in New York, Missouri and Washington DC. She has over 10 years of experience in project management, marketing and outreach, community and economic development, program development, management and evaluation. Ms. Burns is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a BA in Political Science (1999) and holds a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Cornell University (2003).
