Though each of our Mobile Max™ products is designed to be easy to use and comes with an operation manual which includes information on deployment, use, maintenance and trouble shooting, the WorldWater & Solar Technologies staff is also available to help you solve any problem you may encounter. Staff technicians are available to assist you by phone or by email. In some instances our staff may be able to travel to your location to perform non-warrantied services and provide troubleshooting assistance.
