24 Jan More Mobile MaxPure Solar Water Purification Units in Transit to Haiti
Interest in the Mobile MaxPure continues to grow as the situation in Haiti illustrates the lifesaving importance of clean water in the wake of the earthquake. The availability of clean water is essential not only for hydration, but also for hygiene and the cleaning of wounds to prevent deadly infection.
In response to this urgent need, the City of Rahway, NJ, in conjunction with United Water, has purchased a Mobile MaxPure solar water purification unit for use in the Haitian relief effort. The unit is currently in the final stages of production and will be shipped out to Haiti early this coming week.
